The book measures 7 1/8" x 4 3/4" and has 143 pages. The text body is set in Cushing and it was printed on laid paper. This above book was bound in 3/4 leather with marbled paper over boards. This particular binding is not listed in McKenna. The regular edition was bound in paper over boards with a suede spine or full suede and some were bound in an Alicia binding. The picture of Captain Jack Crawford on the frontispiece was printed on Japan Vellum and executed by Gaspard. The book was published 07 June 1908.
