Comment: This book measures 11" x 8 3/4" and has 120 pages. The text body is set in McFarland and 100 copies were printed on Japan Vellum and bound 3/4 leather or full Levant. The regular edition was printed on Boxmoor paper and bound in paper over boards with a suede spine and corners. This book was also bound in modeled leather. Richard Kruger designed the ornamentation, the composition was by Charles Rosen, and the press work was done by Otto Franz.
