This book measures 8 1/2" x 6" and has 59 pages. The text body is set in Scotch Roman and was printed on Roycroft hand-made watermarked paper. There are etchings by Schneider printed on Japan Vellum between pages 16 and 17 and 8 and 9. The book above was bound in suede and illumined and is variant not listed in McKenna, however there are many binding variants. One variant is bound in suede with an etching between pages 32 and 33 another has a frontispiece etching but no other etchings. There are also many binding variants including, paper over boards with a leather spine with a hand colored colophon and title page printed on Fabriano handmade paper, an edition of 174 printed on Imperial Japan Vellum and signed by Elbert Hubbard II bound in 3/4 Levant or 1/2 leather.  Two copies are known to have been bound by Kinder in full Levant.
