This book measures 7 7/8" x 5 7/8" and has 150 pages. This book is unique in that not only did McKenna not note a modeled leather variant for 1904, but he further stated that none of the 1904 variants had ever been found illuminated. The binding although not signed is believed to have been executed by Frederick Kranz.
